On Saturday, September 20, 2025, bank officers from Burke & Herbert Bank visited and presented the Miracle League of Prince William County (MLPWC) with a $5,000 check. Ann Marie Moore and Alicio Castaneda, B&H Bank Officers, and Taylor (Ann Marie’s daughter) attended the ceremony and presented the check before the start of the youth game. Fred Bubernak, DDS and Nick Carosi III, who were unable to attend, were also instrumental in the league receiving the donation.
The check was presented to Dr. Richard Tami, MLPWC Treasurer. Mac Slover, MLPWC Program Coordinator for the Prince William Parks and Recreation and Dr. Tami then presented Ms. Moore and Mr. Castaneda with a sponsorship banner and a certificate of appreciation. Following the ceremony, the bank officers placed the new banner on the outfield fence where it will stay throughout the miracle league seasons. They also took pictures with the players before the start of the game. Ms. Moore, Mr. Castaneda and Taylor then stayed and cheered on the players during their game.
